Some of the common side effects observed while medicating with Levetiracetam which may not require immediate medical attention are unusual tiredness, weakness, Drowsiness, dizziness etc. Inform your doctor if these conditions get worse. There are also some severe and allergic side effect which requires immediate medical attention like signs of infection (such as sore throat that doesn't go away, fever, chills), signs of anemia, loss of coordination (such as difficulty walking and controlling muscles), mental/mood changes, signs of depression, suicidal thoughts/attempts, rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), trouble breathing etc.
